Power bag reverse lunge uppercut in the hang position with your feet hip width apart, chest proud and shoulders packed. Take a large step backwards to drop into this advanced move for power bag training! While simultaneously rotating thoracic spine as you drive backhand upwards towards skyward extended hand followed by an uppercut movement that will elevate water from its original depth level all way up until it exits through mouthpiece on front side of head harness where next gobs more air before continuing along trajectory… helping prepare lungs & muscles equally well – one without knowledge might think only “lungs” were involved here but they still get some work too.Power Bag reverse lunge uppercut in the hang position with your feet hip width apart, chest proud and shoulders packed.
A large step backwards will take you into a powerful stance that is ready for any movement or punch forward! The core of our body must be engaged throughout this exercise as it helps us maintain balance when shifting forces are applied from water moving through power bags. The power bag is a great tool for strength training because it allows you to work on your body in new ways. Reverse lunges are one such exercise, but if performed correctly they can also be an excellent total-body workout! In this case I’ll show how we do the reverse lunge with Aqua PowerBags hanging from our ceiling at home (or anywhere else). You should start by standing straight and tall while holding onto something sturdy like banisters or railings so that weight distribution feels even throughout both feet as well as hands/wrists when planted firmly against flooring.
