The Power bag side swing is one of the many great exercises that can be done with a regulation basketball. The front-facing, sagittal plane moving allows you to use your body instead and weight distribution while swinging it through either leg position or even off center as well! To perform this exercise correctly remember two key principles: charge yourself in whichever direction that will take away from balance (i.e., if balancing on only right foot then shift left), secondly make sure not just keep repeating movements but vary them throughout each repetition by varying between slow bends at knees & hips along side swaying motion towards completion before switching back. The power bag side swing is the frontal plane version of sagittal swing. You’ll need to keep track which way your weight goes when doing this move so that you don’t end up pulling yourself off balance! For example, if swinging right handed but with a load in front and behind (like carrying groceries) then shift everything left as well for reciprocity–this will help counter any backwards force put on the body during an exercise like squats or deadlifts. The power bag swing is the best of both worlds – it’s a sagittal plane swing, but you instead move yourself frontwards and backwards with each step. This way no matter which side your weight rests on will be balanced for perfect posture!
