The Power bag Forward Lunge & Sweep is a dynamic exercise that will help you blast fat like never before! It includes the sweeping motion with an aqua bag, as well as a forward lunge. If your right leg steps out first for one movement break it down into two exercises:
LUNGE – This is when stepping through with both feet at once so go about 3/4 of way into each step (6 inches). The straightened back should lead from hips to head then sweep across front thigh and knee extension toward floor while moving opposite arm up towards ceiling overhead position SLOWLY but steadily over time; SWEEP- Bring left hand close by either side shoulder after lunges set distance apart OR hold weight in Right hands palm.
Power Bag Forward Lunge and Sweep is a great combo for those looking to build up their leg strength. The sweeping motion with the Aqua bag, while stepping forward on your right leg will help you sweep past that same front foot when first learning it break down into two exercises; then once proficient combine both movements together in one seamless movement!
The Power Bag Forward Lunge & Sweep is a great way to start your day. When you first learn the movement, break it down into two separate exercises:
Lunge with an Aqua bag (or any other forward-facing container) while stepping on both left leg and right foot; then sweep past that same front leg as if moving through water! Once perfected combine these techniques together for one seamless flow of motion in place or just outside – whichever suits you better!.
