Power Bag Rotational Swing

The power bag rotational swing is the most advanced version of sagittal plane swings. All of those same cues apply, except instead you’ll have to hing and rotate through your thoracic spine before swinging on top with powerful hip snaps–that’s what really gets results! The Power bag rotational swing is the advanced version of sagittal plane swings. All you need to know about this technique applies, with only one exception: instead of swinging through your legs when it’s time for hinging up and rotating forwards from behind an open palm or opposite wrist as in a basic overhead posture, wait until after passing knees before starting forward movement – just enough so that bag doesn’t hit ground too fast!
